Do I need to create an account when I make an online purchase?

Yes, you will be required to create an account on your first purchase and will be asked to choose a password during checkout. For future orders, you can log in on the checkout screen by entering your email address and chosen password. Make sure to update your account with information such as your birthday, every purchase you make earns you tokens and you can use these towards your next purchase.

How do I change my personal information?

If there is any information you would like changed, you can log in to your account and update accordingly, alternatively you could email us at info@sapienic.com with your updated details.

How can I reset my password?

To reset your password, please use the “Lost your password?” link under the “Login” button at checkout.

How can I change the currency?

We only sell in the currency specified; however our sites are geolocated and should take you to the nearest country to where you are located.

How can I sign up for the Sapienic newsletter?

To sign up for our newsletter, please scroll to the footer. Here you will find a box to enter your email address.

Can I modify my order?

Should you wish to amend or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible by emailing info@sapienic.com and we will help you if it is not too late.

How long will my order take to get delivered?

The answer to this question depends very much on your location. For example, if you are ordering in South Africa, you can expect your delivery to take between 2 to 7 days from date of dispatch. If you are ordering in the UK, between 1 and 3 days from date of dispatch, and if you are ordering in the USA, between 2 to 5 days of dispatch.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email which includes a link to track your order.

I forgot to add an item to my order, is it possible to add more once I have checked out and paid?

Unfortunately not – a new order will need to be placed. Please email info@sapienic.com if you run into any trouble.
