Joining is free – all you need to do is purchase a product from our website and sign up for an account. Everyone who creates an account is automatically enrolled. So, no missing out. Membership is limited to individuals only and is limited to one account per individual. A valid email address is required to register for the programme.

There are a variety of ways in which you can earn TRIBAL Tokens. We’ve tried to make it as easy as possible:

• Earn 1 TRIBAL Token for every R1 you spend.
• Earn 50 TRIBAL Tokens for each product review you complete. You can only review products purchased through your account and it is limited to 6 reviews.
• Earn 200 TRIBAL Tokens when you refer a friend and they make a purchase through our website. You will find your referral link here.
• Earn 100 TRIBAL Tokens for celebrating your birthday each year. Make sure your birthday is set on your profile.
• TRIBAL Tokens can only be earned for purchases and activities made on the https://www.sapienic.co.za website.

Once you’ve logged into your account, your TRIBAL Tokens balance can be viewed on your account dashboard below your Account details.

Once you have enough TRIBAL Tokens to qualify for a reward, log in to your account and proceed to your cart. At the bottom of the page you will find ‘Redeem your Tribal Tokens’. There you will be able to specify the number of tokens you would like to redeem on your order. The discount will be automatically applied to your basket.

No! We love your loyalty and don’t want to limit you.

Your tokens will remain active for 550 days (around 18 months) from the date you earn them, to give you sufficient time to accumulate more tokens for bigger rewards. If the tokens are not used within this period, they will expire, but we will be sure to warn you in advance.

In this case, any pending tokens from the referral will be canceled and removed from your balance.

It could be a number of things. Expired tokens, an order return, cancellation, or a referral returned their order.

Complimentary gifts do not qualify for TRIBAL Tokens and this could be subtracted should the system have added it automatically.

Pending balances can take up to 48 hours to appear in your account. Please allow this time, and if no luck, get in touch at info@sapienic.com

Every item in your order needs to be returned and the whole amount needs to refunded by our customer team for the tokens to go back into your account. If you cancel your order, you will also get your tokens back. However, if you only return one of the items in your order, you won’t get your tokens back.

The selected discount is applied against each full-price item within your order. This means that if an item from your order is returned for any reason, the amount refunded will be less than the price of the product on the order confirmation. The discount is deducted equally from each product and this is specific to each order. Our customer care team are happy to help with further questions.

The TRIBAL tokens programme is automatically connected to your Sapienic Skincare account and will continue running while you have an active account. Contact us at info@sapienic.com to deactivate your account completely if you wish to make no further purchases through our site.
